About the High Maturity Concepts Course
High Maturity Concepts (HMC) is the official one-day CMMI Institute course that takes certified CMMI Practitioners into the statistical and quantitative practices behind Maturity Levels 4 and 5 — where organisations move from doing practices to managing performance with data. New to the framework? Start with What is CMMI.
You’ll learn to recognise the process characteristics that meet the intent of the CMMI high maturity practices, and the business value of quantitative management and continuous performance improvement.
HMC is the next step on the High Maturity Track: Building Organizational Capability (BOC) → CMMI Practitioner Exam → High Maturity Concepts → High Maturity appraisal team & advanced CMMI courses. It runs the day after each Demix BOC cohort.
